Shipping

Products listed on etico are shipped directly from each vendor. As a result, they each carry their own shipping charges and will be shipped in separate packages.

You’ll see a summary of the shipping charges during the checkout process. These are set by the vendor and not by etico.

We ship to all areas of the UK apart from the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.

Returns & Refunds

At etico, we only work with vendors who produce exceptional vegan and ethical products.

If in exceptional circumstances you are unhappy with the standard of your product, please email us at hello@etico.store and include:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the product(s) you want to return/replace
  • Photo(s) of the fault (if applicable)

We will do our best to respond within 24 hours and resolve the situation.

Changed your mind?

If a product isn’t right for you or you’ve had a change of heart, no problem. You have 14 days from the day you received the product to request a return. Please do so by emailing hello@etico.store.

The product must be in an un-used, unopened and re-saleable condition in order to qualify for a return. On some food and drink products and any personalised or made-to-order products, we’re unable to accept returns due to their perishable nature.

Once your return has been accepted, you’ll have a further 14 days to get the product back to us.

You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. The original cost of postage is also non-refundable in this case.

Faulty item

If the complaint is due to substandard or incorrect product, then you have 30 days from the day you received the product to request a return or replacement.

Please do so by emailing hello@etico.store with a photo of the fault.

In the case of a faulty product, we will either replace the item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including postage.
